Speroux Construction is a NHBRC registered Construction and Building Contractor Company that specialises in construction, building, repairs and alterations to structures.

General Business Activities

Speroux was established in 2013. Our business model is based on the supply of housing, targeting entry houses for the first home buyer as well as more upmarket houses for the home owner that wants a home for the growing family. Speroux also builds as sub-contractors.

Our Management team is committed to providing a well-trained and motivated workforce to deliver quality work and service at all times. The company builds its strength from the fact that it has the experience within the company to ensure that any project could be managed professionally meeting deadlines in time on budget.

At this point in time the company is self-funding and does not require the assistance of a financial institution. Sufficient collateral is available should the need arise to secure capital for major projects.
